Zane Billings, son of Dr. Adrian and Susan Billings and a member of the Boy Scouts of America Troop 41 earned the rank of Eagle Scout at a board of review on Nov. 12, 2022. Billings was recognized for his achievement recently at a Court of Honor ceremony held on Sunday, March 5 at the American Legion Post 79. He was presented his Eagle Award by Scoutmaster Hector Holguin. Eagle Scout is the highest rank one can reach in the BSA. Only 5% of all scouts who join reach the ranking of Eagle Scout.
